ASICAMPE
Private non-profit organization chaired by Quirino Olivera, dedicated to the development of scientific research projects in the Peruvian Amazon, particularly archaeological research, aimed at promoting the production of scientific knowledge, as well as the conservation and enhancement of archaeological heritage, as one of the alternatives to contribute to the social and economic development of the local population. On September 16, 2019, through Directorial Resolution N° 377 - 2019/DGPA/VMPCIC/MC., the Ministry of Culture, authorized the Marañón Archaeological Research Program (PRIAM), for a period of four years, which is being developed in the province of Jaén, Cajamarca region with funding from the Peru - Ecuador Binational Plan, The Regional Government of Cajamarca and the Municipalidad Provincial of Jaén.
